CALL TO ORDER:
REPORT OF THE POSTING OF AGENDA: The agenda for this meeting was posted for public review at the City Hall bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber) and the Planning Department counter in accordance with applicable law.
PUBLIC COMMENT: This time has been set aside for members of the public to address the Historic Site Preservation Board on agenda items and items of general interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. Although the Historic Site Preservation Board values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, it generally cannot take any action on items not listed on the posted agenda. There will be three (3) minutes assigned for each speaker. Testimony for Public Hearings will be taken at the time of the hearing.

1.A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: HSPB MEETING OF MARCH 13, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Historic Site Preservation Board Minutes of March 13, 2018.
2. PUBLIC HEARINGS: (None)
3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
RECOMMENDATION: Amend the HSPB recommendation for approval by the City Council of Case 5.1328 - The Citywide Historic Resource Survey, to include the theme: “Communities of Color - Non-native American Populations.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
4.A. CASE 3.349 MAA / HSPB 93 / HD-5 – SANDCLIFF HOA REQUESTING CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL FOR INSTALLATION OF SCREEN BLOCK GARDEN WALLS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT THE SANDCLIFF GARDEN HOMES HISTORIC DISTRICT LOCATED AT 1800 SOUTH BARONA ROAD. (KL)
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a blanket approval for the screenblock garden walls as proposed.
4.B. CASE 3.1098 MAA / HSPB 22 – ERIC BOVY, OWNER OF FRENCH MISO CAFÉ, FOR A CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL FOR EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO COTTAGES 19 & 21 AT LA PLAZA, A CLASS 1 HISTORIC SITE. (KL)
RECOMMENDATION: Approve as submitted.
4.C. CASE 3.1780 MAA / HSPB 51 – MARMOL RADZINER, APPLICANT, ON BEHALF OF GRIT DEVELOPMENT
LLC, OWNER, FOR A CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL FOR PAINTING AND MINOR EXTERIOR REPAIRS TO THE

ADJOURNMENT: The Historic Site Preservation Board will adjourn to its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 A Zone Text Amendment to amend the Palm Springs Zoning Code, Section 94.03.00, Planned Development District regulations.at 9:00 A.M, in the Large Conference Room at City Hall.
